For the last time: stop to post continuously new topics about this same thing or you'll be banned! That won't help you... Just wait for someone to reply you only in this topic, ok? You can see that we're helping you, but you can't exaggerate by asking all the time...

BUGATTIMAN253MPH, the BREAK objects can work also for the traffic vehicles, so you can leave them, otherwise traffic mods like this weren't possible. However, the car that he wants to turn into a traffic car hasn't breakable parts.

alright ill stop creating new topic about the same thing
I know you guys are all trying to help but I don't get it and I get so confused I that I feel ashamed I'm sorry for posting new topics of how to replace traffic cars ill never do it again

Refer to Step 3 of this topic

You need to have these on your traffic car:

BODY_H
BODY_M
BODY_L
BODY_VL
BOUND
HEADLIGHT0_H:m
HEADLIGHT1_H:m
SHADOW_H
SHADOW_M
SLIGHT0_L
SLIGHT1_L
TLIGHT_L
WHL0_H:m
WHL0_M:m
WHL0_L:m
WHL1_H:m
WHL1_M:m
WHL1_L:m
WHL2_H:m
WHL2_M:m
WHL2_L:m
WHL3_H:m
WHL3_M:m
WHL3_L:m

Anything else must be removed in order to work. However BREAK objects do work on traffic, my mistake.

It's enough keep only these.

BODY_H
BOUND
HEADLIGHT0_H:m
HEADLIGHT1_H:m
SHADOW_H
SLIGHT0_L
SLIGHT1_L
TLIGHT_L
WHL0_H:m
WHL1_H:m
WHL2_H:m
WHL3_H:m

Anyway, it's better add only the "_L" objects for wheels and BODY, made from copies of the "_H" ones.
The two SLIGHT objects aren't already present in a player car, and next time will be said how make them.

The BOUND doesn't get a .mtx file, it's just saved in the bound folder.

If you're replacing one of the original traffic vehicles completely, you just need to pack the bound, geometry and texture folders into an .ar using 7-Zip. Don't use WinRAR, the compression in WinRAR will more than likely cause the wheels to disappear in game and cause your traffic car to start spinning when you hit it. Just name your file and type .ar at the end, then click OK.

The Bound has already been got. Just make the .ar file and put it in C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Midtown Madness 2

then launch the game.

To create an .ar, you must use .zip. So create a .zip and rename the .zip to .ar and then open the file and put everything of your work.
Run the game and it should work.

what should I use to create an ar file?

A .zip file creator. WinRar and 7Zip can do the trick, or simply the Windows default zip creator. Just pack the folders into a .zip file (not .rar) and then rename it, replacing the ".zip" suffix with ".ar". For that you'll need to turn off the option to hide suffixes for known file formats, this way. Simple as that.

Please no, not this again... Dude, I know how frustrating performing a task can be if we don't understand what to do, but as I already told you, the problem might be you simply don't know what you're doing.

I wrote how to create an .ar file and I can ensure I did so the clearest and most straightforward way I possibly could without getting into the ridiculously basic explanation that seem to be the only way you can understand...

If you have read my last post and didn't got it, I think you should reconsider what you're doing. I never ever would tell someone to quit something, I mean - I learnt how to play guitar and the basics of programming by myself - I know you can do almost everything you want, as long as you actually put effort into it. And, let's face the truth, that's not what you do. Every little difficulty you find in your way and you come here asking for help.

If that's what you plan to do the rest of the time, then you're doing it all wrong. I don't know you, but I'm talking not only about your path on modding, but about everything in your life. You can't expect to have someone holding your hand and guiding you trough every little obstacle you come across.

Long story short, it's OK to ask for help when you really need it. Otherwise, try to find the solutions yourself. Investigate things a little bit, you have Google for some reason, read carefully the instructions other people give you and find yourself each step instead of just asking for dummy level steps like SuperSecret had to do for you with the Heap Overrun patch.

You're capable of creating your mods like we all, your only problem is your obvious lack of knowledge about computing stuff, but just like any other limitation, you can go over it if you really try and have some effort. But if your idea is just to ask for help everytime you don't understand something even though there's sources explaining it, and expect us to guide you through every difficulty you have, without even trying, sorry but we can't help.

I won't explain in a more basic way what I told you, and unless I really failed to explain and it's indeed not clear enough, I encourage the other users not to do it either. I might seem like an asshole but this was the help you needed.
