That one is only in the blitz race.

Yeah, it's used only in that blitz race, but it there's still in the map, and it's visible on the city sea. Anyway results pretty hard go above this island in this way.
To play it, play that blitz race pausing the time by pressing F2 and then twice the key Q.

Givort, read my above post where it's written that this hidden island (the one with the broken bridge, dirt, etc.) is used for a blitz race and is placed somewhere on the sea...
