Apart from trance, I mostly like rock, Muse ftw.

Captain Beefheart-Diddy Wah Diddy.
The original version of the song that was revisited with an extreme twist- eventually making it's way into Grand Theft Auto 5, as the most extreme songs to listen to while being a total idiot to the rest of Los Santos, crashing into everything, and...you get the idea.
Yes- Roundabout
An eight miniute and thirty six second long song, released on the album "Fragile" in 1971, and was another song from Grand Theft Auto 5. Imagine listening to this song on an 8-track cassette back in the day...in a really nice Chevrolet Monte Carlo or Dodge Challenger. Some things get better with age.
Blur- Song 2
Even if this song will bring back memories of Fifa 98 to some, or even a late 90's Mercedes-Benz commercial, I never watched it on TV or played any FIFA games, this song remind me of my early years of browsing YouTube for "poops", music, game reviews, which are some things I still do today! Song 2 is the 2:02 miniutes and seconds long song which is the 2nd song of the second alblum which features the main singer of Gorillaz, 2-D. I guess they really liked the number 2.
Beck- Where's It At (long version)
The song used in the Gran Turismo/Simulation Mode credits of Gran Turismo 2 (NSTC version only) is one of the most interesing songs of the game with a very funky attitude which well suits the additude of the 90's with that classic 50's or 60's funk/jazzy feel to it, with a fint of a furtistic feel to it. which weirdly fits the old films of old racing cars as the credits fly by in game. This is the full version, which is the actual version used in the credits, not the credits. Notably, out of the songs used for all versions, this was the weirdest. Amongst the Fatboy Slim used for the euro versions, to the Stone Temple Pilots and Crystal Method, this is easily my favorite songs of maybe the whole game. And don't forget, this song was in Futurama!
Foo Fighters- My Hero
This one is really awesome. Although after all these years have passed by, this song actually sounds really nice, you even get to hear this, a song from a video game played on the radio!
Another Gran Turismo 2 song? Yeeees! This was in the Arcade Mode credits, and wait, this song is 20 years old? Daaaaaang.
Okay, that's enough for today. Maybe forever. Maybe...

My favorite song in Need for Speed III by far. Everything about it just kicks ass, in my opinion. This song makes police chases feel so intense in the game.

Stone Temple Pilots - Core (full album)
You gotta admire that two of the songs, Sex Type Thing and Plush, Sex Type Thing in Gran Turismo 2 and Plush in Gran Theft Auto: San Andreas. I also love the song, Wicked Garden.
...I wish there was some good alternative rock...unlike stupid Imagine Dragons. Is Radioactive REALLY alternative? I heard the song on the so called alternative rock station...stupid.
Gorillaz- Feel Good Inc. Featuring De La Soul

This one is very special to me because I used to listen to this song ALL the time when I was a kid. Hearing it in the Enhanced Version of GTA V was an epic feeling. Oddly, Gorilaz is a type of Alternative Rock, but the song ended on Non Stop Pop FM in game, due to the popularity of the song's initial release, in 2005.
