You're not asking for help, but you're asking someone to make a bus with that livery. Essentially this is just a request of making a paintjob, though. You can try to make it by yourself for one of the already existing buses for MM2, this livery doesn't neither look hard to make.

Yes, you can do that, and only for personal use.
I see this bus perfect to make that livery, use it. Open the .ar file with WinRar, extract the jetbus_skin_0.tga file, edit it and try in-game. You've also to see how the livery has to be made to be adapted to the bus body according to how the texture has been mapped on the model.
