Quick race, but I might be able to get the replay button in the after race, because the OFFICIAL! features are:

-Saves *.RPL files
-Edit Replay
-more that ill say once i see

Functionality was taken out. You can't access it no matter what you do.

Dummiesboy already discovered this and did the same menu editing (without show it with a screenshot, as far as I remember). There's only the button anyway, the entire replays function isn't part of the unused files and features of MM2.

I never managed to show the replay button, it wouldnt appear no matter what i did. I'm curious, what happens if you click it?

For the record, I think that the replay functionality is still there but hidden, because there is unused code in the exe related to replays. It's probably glitchy though, that was the reason they didnt include it in the final release of MM2. But I could be wrong...

Yes, it still is in the code, with "REPLAY18" version and mistmatch code and everyhing, im curious because in menus that showed code was:

MAIN MENU %S %S

and replay

LOAD REPLAY Test Test

p.s. there was ARCHIVE TEST MODE in the game

I didn't understand alot of what you just said, but it sounds interesting. Maybe with some luck, you'll actually get this working.

I remember DB found that out but that looks quite interesting. Maybe you'll be able to code the *.exe and get that thing rolling.

I reminded half wrong about Dummesboy, he has already found files and voices about this hidden button of the unused replays function, and so you hadn't showed it because you haven't managed to get it to work in the game.

Aaro, after two questions you haven't still replied about what does happen to the game clicking on that button. Now let's see if you'll reply to the third question of Triple_X.

Good luck with getting something other interesting about its working, though, and is worth if someone else with knowledges in programming can take a look into this.

it is by-default shown in the menu... its just hidden
