Let's see...
I have:
Windows Vista 32-bit (x86) Home Premium
AMD Athlon X2 64 Dual-Core
NVidia GeForce 9300 GE
3 gigs of RAM
Too bad that i'm too poor to buy Windows 10. But I still like old games, so don't hold it against me y'all.
Post your system specifications!

Operating System: Windows 10 Pro 64-Bit
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Quad CPU Q6600 @ 2.40 GHz 2.39 GHz
RAM: 8.00 GB
Graphics: Nvidia GeForce GTS 450
Not exactly a perfect combo, even though I will be getting my PC upgraded, who knows when that will be... For now I'm stuck with those now obsolete specs and it's inevitable that Windows 10 doesn't take a liking to 10 year old parts. There is loads of problems from crashing on startup and BSODs.

Just recently upgraded mine.
Motherboard: ROG STRIX z370-F GAMING
CPU: Intel i7 8700k
RAM: 16GB DDR4 @ 2800Mhz
GPU: Nvidia Geforce GTX 1080 Ti
Storage: 5TB spread across 5 different drives. 2TB from a RAID0 HDD array, 2TB from another HDD, 500 GB from an NVMe SSD, and another 500 GB from two other regular SSDs (one for Windows 10 exclusively).
That moment when you realize that a drug addiction would have been cheaper...

I might as well chime in... Here are my PC's specs:
Processor: AMD A6 (2.20GHz Quad-Core; 1MB L1 cache & 4MB L2 cache)
RAM: 8GB DDR3 (1333MHz)
GPU: Asus R9 270x DC2
HDD: 1x 4TB, 2x 1TB
PSU: Corsair CX600 (600 watt)
OS: Windows 8.1, 10, and Linux Mint 18.3 (all x86_x64)
The motherboard was pulled from an HP Pavilion P7-1254... This replaced my aging Biostar G41-M7 with an Intel Quad-Duo P9550 (2.83GHz) with 4GB of DDR2 RAM. I also swaped the my Cooler Master 212 on to the AMD A6 (it's nice and chill now!).
I run MM2 at 55-60 FPS @ 1920x1080p with everything maxed except cloud shadows (Low). Other old games I play:
Mitdown Madness (Chicago Edition)
Need Fors Speed lll: Hot Pursuit
Game Of Life (1996)
Frogger: He's Back! (1996)
Oregan Trail 2
Cube Hopper 3D
Star Trek: Starfleet Academy
Chip's Challenge
Jezz Ball
Need For Speed: Porche Unleashed
Rollercoaster Tycoon
Prisoner Of War
Gearhead Garage (Broken on modern OS's)

CPU : Intel i5 7400 @ 3.00Ghz (4 cores)
GPU : Nvidia Geforce GT 730 (DDR5 2GB V-RAM)
RAM : 8GB DDR3 RAM
OS : Windows 10 Home (64-bit)
Games
NFS SHIFT : (MAX graphics) about 28 - 45 fps (10fps when I crash)

Minecraft with 5000 TNT exploding (1 fps)
Project cars 2 : (Lowest except car detail) 21 - 30 fps

I can play MM2 60fps everything MAX (its like a 60fps lock lol) thanks to dgvoodoo2
MM : all max but, it looks like software rendering probably because of windows 10
Rfactor : everything MAX : 60fps
So, is it potato?

I feel like I'm in a dire need of an upgrade. MM2 runs fine as long as I turn off cloud shadows, but I get anxious every time I use a resource heavy program such as Lightworks and RaceMaker (even on the lowest settings).

Windows 10 64-bit Home
AMD Ryzen 5 4500U 6x2.3GHz (4GHz if turbo)
8GB RAM
Dedicated graphics
Midtown Madness 1 ran with no problem (surprisingly), and I've installed Open1560 and RV3 later on. Runs and looks like NFS: HP2!

I play Euro Truck Simulator 2 and American Truck Simulator on my own system quite a lot, and I can swear that the movement in these games on the screen feels just like real life - it's so smooth. I also played MM2 a few months ago on it as well with the dgVoodoo fixes and it ran that decently too.Midtown Madness 1 ran with no problem (surprisingly), and I've installed Open1560 and RV3 later on. Runs and looks like NFS: HP2!
