I wished there were more vehicles that were locked from the start of MM2, the faster cars should have harder unlock requirements, start off the game with the weakest cars.
Exactly. It's a piece of cake to unlock the Panoz GTR-1.
Yes, it's too easy, i have completed the game a million of times with a fastback, except for the london crash course, you are forced to play with a cab.

Talking about mm2. The Traffic truck is very light, you can knock it in a mini with ease.

Absolutely MM1 has the better physics realism than MM2, which makes it an harder game. The cars are a more hard to drive (the Panoz Roadster slips almost always) and the races are much more hard to win (also due to a better opponents IA, probably). Traffic vehicles and objects have more weight, too, which gives them a more realistic reaction behavior when you hit them.
