As far as I know and as seems, nothing about convert some cars from that game is planned by anyone.

MM2 is capable to handle player vehicles with a such polygons counts, there are already similar high polygons vehicles available since years, like this one.
Would be better look for alternative 3D models of the same cars with less polygons, though, for various reasons.
