How to make this car drive able?

How to make this car drive able? It is the cop Mini for London available through Classic Madness. Since a cop car is the same as a player car then how to extract it and make it playable?

Should be enough make a .info file with the basename and other data written in it, put it in an empty folder called Tune, and make a small .ar file patch of this folder to then be added in the game folder together with Classic Madness files. Its basename is "vpcoo2", the color is only one. Add some "!" symbols ahead the created patch .ar file name, together with some spaces, to be sure.

Can't you see that the screenshot you made is too much small? Was too hard for you to just copy all the file text and paste it in the post, possibly inside the Code BBCode?
However, apparently the file is correctly made and named. Have you put it inside an empty folder called Tune and then made the .ar file of it using the ZIP compression of WinRar or 7-Zip?

Personally, I never got to try that, I'm just guessing that's needed only the .info file in order to be able to play it. Maybe it's necessary some other file? A deeper check of the mod core .ar file with WinRar can be helpful.

I think more files would be required to make the car drive able. That means I'll have to import it in ZM and then export to MM2. But the CM files are locked how can I unlock them?
