So I have a problem with my MM2 on my Win7 64x PC.
The problem is not that big at all.
I have lags when I start a race. In the tour i don't have any lags but in a race I have only 25fps. It's playable but it feels very bad. There was another post but the video for the solution was deleted. More important for me, why does it lag with an GTX960?
Are there any settings or a file to fix that?
I appreciate any help.

GTX 960 sounds like an Nvidia video card. Maybe that is your issue. I think I remember reading a few topics on these forums where people said that MM2 doesn't like Nvidia GPU's very much.

The game is now really old, and it can well have some issues with working on recent systems, and the lagging is one of them. Your graphic card is an Nvidia, but that doesn't count much now.
As suggested, install that patch if you haven't, then replace the game EXE with this one and apply this patch.
