Unknown MM2 problem

In my MM2, the car selection menu uses Software rendering only mode.

However, I set to 3D Hardware already. This do not cause any problem in the game play

but the car selection menu used a different graphics option. It made my game crashed with no fatal error messages and many new cars cannot be used like my edited MAN A91.
I have already set to compatible with XP SP3 and run as administrator.
Also, my game mouse icon cannot show up normally.
Any people know how to solve it? Does it related to my game copy or graphics problem? (I have just updated the graphics driver of my AMD Radeon HD 5450.)

Never heard of this issue happening with MM2 before. I've only seen this happen with certain command line arguments such as -ime. You aren't by any chance using any unusual commands, are you?

Related to what dummiesboy said, if you aren't using any commandline arguments, try starting the game with a -noime argument.

Make a shortcut and put -noime at the end, then apply.

But now when i put my edited version of my bus into the game , it gets a fatal error for something like memMemory allocator..

Yes but the words in the race menu are a bit blur
