I just saw something on Facebook saying "if you could choose to have one game remade with today's graphics, what would it be?"
Could you imagine Midtown Madness with modern graphics? Heck, could you imagine a Midtown Madness 4? I think either would be pretty sweet.

I had some thought about this today, and wanted to see how MM2 itself, with its lowpoly glory, would look with realtime lighting and shadows

Aaro and a member of the old MM2BR team (if I'm not wrong) were doing something about a remake of MM2 with a modern graphic engine. It's hard to keep alive a similar project, and in fact they all got abandoned after some time.
Despite a little problem with the shadows rendering, that looks very nice, Aaro.
