MM2 With Hamachi

Hi guys as the title says me and my cousin have readied our MM2 with the same mods and maps to play online together on custom maps, We chose our favorite mods and we are ready.
Can you please tell me how to do this using Hamachi? :)
No, I am not ready for Hell! I don't even have my good shoes!
