Why is Motorhead 2 cancelled?

Looks a bit like MM3 detail. Maybe they cancelled this to make MM3, but that's a guess

Don't know about this really old game, thanks for informing about.
The first one looks interesting, despite being so old. Maybe the second chapter was cancelled because the publisher and IP owner closed, and then, DICE became partner with Microsoft, making games commissioned to it like Rallisport Challenge and Midtown Madness 3.

So that's the reason why i saw a car from motorhead in MM3 called "ASP" originally named as avalanche in the original motorhead game. Digital Illusions CE are the ones who developed the 3rd Midtown Madness game on Microsoft Xbox. Anyway what happened to Angel Studios/Rockstar San Diego. Why did DICE continued to publish the 3rd Midtown Madness game?

Because technically, the Midtown Madness series belonged to Microsoft, being Angel Studios only the developer. That being said, M$ tought it was better to develop it for the XBOX instead of the PC, and gave the task to DICE. Simple as that

Now I know. And the original Motorhead game has the PlayStation as long with its PC version released before MM1. Sad to say MM3 don't have its pc version or even the perfect Xbox emulator. LOL
