Unsure about the wheels, is it converting it properly? and make sure you have everything in the proper folders. If you are using V1 of the tutorial, go ahead and use V2 instead.

From my tutorial, the tuning files are in the Template folder, those are used.

In order to have the VCK make WHL4 and WHL5 you have to edit the modtypes file in angel, add WH4 and WHL5 under ReqOffsetGeom

I don't really know, I think I tried damage textures before but they didn't work.

And why aren't the wheels appearing with textures even after they have 32 bit without RLE Compression?

Get the MM1 Moon Rover beta here.
Also I should inform that I have lost interest in the project. I'll surely finish the Moon Rover if I can. There are very little bugs:
  • * Fifth and sixth wheel invisible.
    * Wheel texture not appearing.
    * Dashboard not appearing.
    * Sounds not found.
    * Tuning is default even after the files are modified.
    * Ulck and showcase left. (Will be converted from MM2).
You cannot release the file provided until I'm here in the community.

Are you sure you're modifying the correct files for tuning? I specify what is what in the tutorial. Does the wheel texture get converted to the proper format? You should be able to see it.

I have clicked forced conversion to .TIF. And have edited tune files with notepad.
@Dummiesboy: You know about dash and damage textures, right?

Yes but which ones? The ones that are used are in a specific folder inside the VCK. And there shouldn't be any forced conversion to TIF.

As for the 5th and 6th wheels, you need to use the correct flags in the info file to make them appear. Check the freightliner
