Maybe you should delete the material that containing that texture and assign the headlight and logo faces the new material. Well, not sure whether this will work but in Silent's tutorial, in the last part when he puts the Jeep into game, its textures get messed up. Here

In your materials make sure you don't have

that would also cause issues

@aaro for front lights I have vwg_front_right_lights and vwg_front_left_lights

for back lights I have vwg_back_right_lights and vwg_back_left_lights

Thats OK right?

You should only make one material for lights.

I've fixed the headlight and logo textures:

The problem was that they weren't a power of 2, they were like 100x100 pixels, I made them to 128x128 and 64x64 pixels by changing canvas size.
