One question, why the handling is so bad? I added handling me with less slippage.

The handling couldn't be better, probably because the car goes in high RPMs for most of the speeds and the power is really high. It's a consequence of having it with only 1 gear. The car power has been set really high to get less than 4 seconds of 0-60 acceleration.
I haven't tried, but surely setting at least 5 gears it'll be less slippery, right because with more gears the car goes in lower RPMs. To set more gears, use MM2 Ultimate Tweaker program, and will be also necessary lower the OptRPM parameter, would be proper about 6000.

The car does not accelerate much, and I tried it and well, no sounds "I had no idea that the sounds using" the car when it had send as permission management with the other cars being "centered" but in this case surprised me a little.

Really the car accelerates and a lot, as said it has a 0-60 MPH acceleration time of a bit less than 4 seconds. The maximum speed is of 131 MPH, and it's reached pretty quickly. The car obviously has the engine sounds, but they're really quiet: this is an electric car, no?
