The shadow is too dark. Try to make it more transparent.
Anyway, good work!

PS: Like I said before, try to paint the side skirt white or gray.

The shadow has just the car shape designed now, but it hasn't any semi-transparency. For first, make the texture all black, and then, make its alpha channel a 50% darker, so the car shaped part will have about 50% of gray resulting semi-transparent in-game. You can apply a bit of blur to make the edges smoother, if wanted.
Good work with this car so far, want to test it before the releasing.

That's exactly what I did, except I set the opacity at about 75%, and and I didn't blur. And, does the test thing mean you want to beta-test? If anyone wants a beta, PM me and you'll get it when it's made.
