I can confirm that FLAGS=8 means that the car WILL go to the bank in CnR. Me and Carking just tested this theory out.

I just noticed something. Flag 80 combines the effects of Flag 64 and Flag 16, and 80 is the sum of 64+16. Coincidence? Or does it mean you can add flag numbers together to combine their effects (for example, flag 191 enables all of them)?

I just used 88 (for Bank in CnR, Left side Hudmap, camera drops in tunnel)

It did the hudmap and the camera drop in the tunnel, but I cannot confirm whether or not the bank works in CnR. If this is the case, then your theory of combining flags is indeed true. However, as we already know,

0 = no flags
4 = unused
19 = unused

So those don't count towards anything. And the DD bus already combines two flags together, so that doesn't count either. Our only possible additives are:

8 = Bank in CnR
16 = Camera drops behind car in tunnels (busses)
64 = Hudmap on left side

Which, added all together, makes 88. If these are the only flags in existence, not counting the ones that are leftover from MM1, 88 is the highest we can go. My only other theory is that if we add 32 to 88 = 120, and the hudmap, camera drop, and bank work, there are some flags we are not aware of quite yet.

CONFIRMED: If you add 32 and 88 together to make the flag 120, the hudmap remains on the left side in the dash and camera indeed drops down in tunnels. Once again, I still don't know if the bank works in CnR, but this must mean we can indeed add flags together, even for ones that don't exist. And from what I understand, if the sum of the flags doesn't match up with what already exists, none of them work. The "191" theory provided nothing except default hudmap, no camera drops, and no bank in CnR (assumption).
