Did you check the resolution ? MM2 (and video games in general) support only textures with these sizes :
8*8 pxl, 16*16, 32*32, 64*64, 128*128, 256*256, 512*512, 1024*1024 & 2048*2048 ...
but also mixes of them (512*256, 128*16 and so on).

Is it a texture with an alpha layer ? Did you check the material from ZM ? If you don't use any transparence, select "unused" as type and not "glowing". Finally check the opacity too.

Nice Hummer, not bad the new wheels.
The problem with the old wheels that happens only in MM2 and in ZModeler not, can be given because you're using the same texture for two materials; for example, you were using well 4 materials with the same texture file, assigning them one for each wheel. Because of this, happens that the texture of the second and other materials aren't anymore used, and in-game the parts result transparent.

Nice SLR cop car. I think that's ok also without a police car paintjob, it could be a kind of safety car. You need to fix the lightbar lights colors by making two colored materials, and assigning one of them to two sirens objects, one for each side.

You should release some, before starting a new one.
