Replying your question, you have to write the CAPTCHA exactly how it is showed in the image. If one or more of the five letters isn't clear to you, just refresh the page to get a new CAPTCHA. The capital letters aren't necessary, it works the same also if you write it all in lowercase letters, what's important is to match the correct letters.
