Lets just say I've played enough racing games to know how to use a clutch :P

Trust me, even if you played actual simulators with pedals and everything, it's nothing like on games. The "press clutch, change gears and gently release clutch" is harder to apply than it might seem, but of course, it just requires practice. When I was taking my driver license, the school had a simulator (with an actual car interior and all functioning steering, pedals and so on) and the experience was awful, it was nothing like when I had my real driving lessons. On a real car you can also feel the engine and that way control better the clutch, also it doesn't base on algorithms to determine when your engine turns off for releasing the clutch too fast. :P

Gotta love it when it happens the first few times after you get your driver's license, because the school's Toyota Yaris has > 100 hp, while your Fiesta has ~69 hp, and the first few times you're like "why the fudge did it die? This didn't happen before" XD

For me it was quite the opposite. My mother's car has a decently powerful engine while the school one not really, and the first time I drove it I was able to take it from the parking lot... In 3rd gear.

Oh boy, lucky guy. In the road when I exit my school, there's a 45

Well, I'd rather have your Fiesta with 69HP than my mother's car, with the obligatory co-pilot, that acts like you should have 20+ years of driving experince. :P

Being so annoying and unpleasuring to drive wih her usual critics I just drove a couple of times and haven't seat in front of a steering wheel for at least 2 months.

Well, the Fiesta is my mom's too, but they usually only annoy me when driving when I really screw, like one time I entered a roundabout and didn't see the freaking smart car and almost crashed into him. Fun times :D

If I did that with my mother's car, with her inside, I would be dead right after.
