Okay, I found a CVI pack with 50 skins (every state patrol in US) but I don't think the game will support 50 skins. So instead of converting the entire pack, what I want to do is represent all active American members and their states. If you are currently living in America, either p/m me, or post here, using something similar to the following:

Its not yet under conversion, but I figured if I start now, everyone will have time to post.
Also, I'd do the whole community in one car like Kunal did, but I only have American skins for this particular model. However, those of you NOT from America, I have a wide variety of vehicles, so you'll still get vehicles native to your countries eventually.
