Midtown Madness 2 ran fine with Windows Vista on my computer and so it is not an issue for me. And that's with every setting cranked to the max and the resolution cranked to 1024x768. Of course, I may not be able to run multiplayer while running MM2 on Vista (and this may happen to some people), but...
