So, I wanna learn how to make (not convert) MM2 cars. But how? 1. What are all the programs I need? 2. First step? 3. How to make functional wheels? 4. Sirens and lights? 5. Creating textures? 6. Basically, I guess I need a tutorial that goes step-by-step through the entire process. Thanks for help!...

I would, but I don't have experience, none of the tutorials seem to help me, I probably don't have all the stuff necessary, and whatever I could do wouldn't look very good.

I saw cars uploaded this month and last month and beyond, so I know there are still modlers out there.

the Vaz cruiser (part of the Lada car-pack) has a screenshot. In the screenshot is another car. This appears to be an in-game shot meaning that this unidentified 4-door Ukrainian cop sedan exists. Anyone know what it is?
