I think I found where does it comes, maybe I won't have to reformat my computer (honestly I prefer to don't reformat it if there's no need). I hope i'll take my PC back tomorrow from the repairer, i'll be working on repainted saturday and sunday, and the version 2 is done!

Yeah it's almost done but I would make new menu backgrounds.
If I can't find the time to make the new backgrounds before the end of my holidays (the next sunday), I'll release it anyway and release a patch to complete it later.

I had to create a polygon precisely on each building location and I had many problems with the link between the different parts of the radar. I'm glad this is finally finished :...
