You have to run it via start>run or whatever. You can't just click on it.

Nice job getting a dash in mm1, I never tried it, so good job. Make sure the bound is just a low poly object like a cube (or the default mm caddy bound model).

If I remember correctly, there's some sort of sky file missing or something for the sky. Also textures need to be applied correctly, and proper format. Are they showing in mm2ct?

Corrupt textures are due to saving the TGA files with RLE compression. Turn it off.
