@BM: I mean when you're doing something then suddenly you get a BSOD for instance. If you cannot recall it then its fine. Atleast you got them fixed either way.

I've used CCleaner for years, never had a problem with its Registry cleaning feature, nor was it a culprit for my crashes, not that I've had any. While you aren't experiencing any BSOD nor freezes for a while, and didn't mention the motherboard model & PSU watts, I'd still like to know the brand...
