look at the sound options for your pc and if you have a voice option turn it on.

i am sorry to say i think the idea sucks i HATE cars that do not Damage but the rest sounds good if you was to make the top speed slower like (250) but make the pick up fast (0-100) in 7 seconds and let it damage out then it would be a very good car but that is just what i think and what some other ...
